With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, I decided to pursue my passion for health and fitness. I began transitioning into the fitness industry in 2019 with my Level 2 Gym Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training studies. I then completed my Sport and Exercise Science degree, which I concluded in 2024. This academic achievement has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to work on evidence-based practice and understand how physiology, biomechanics, nutrition and psychology contribute to performance enhancement.

Starting my career as a volunteer for NHS patients, I provided support to promote activity and enhance mobility. This hands-on experience propelled me into a role as a Physiotherapy Assistant at a private hospital in London for 2,5 years, where I led tailored exercise sessions for patients post-knee and hip surgeries, and neuro patients. Simultaneously, I also worked as an Exercise GP Referral at a leisure centre, where I had the opportunity to work with clients managing various medical conditions such as depression, anxiety, asthma, and obesity.

In my training sessions, I prioritize strength and conditioning, using functional exercises and integrating elements of resistance training, Mat Pilates, and mobility exercises. I currently work with clients who are seeking general fitness, as well as those requiring advanced rehabilitation, collaborating directly with health professionals to support clients with medical conditions. Additionally, I work with long-distance runners, focusing on strength and conditioning as well as gait analysis.

As a stretch therapist and mobility coach, I offer sessions that focus on assisted stretching or targeted mobility practices. With an emphasis on individualized attention and results-driven techniques, I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals and unlock their full potential..

My philosophy of learning extends beyond traditional education. I believe in the power of experiential continuous learning; therefore, I attend diverse fitness classes and learn from other instructors. This approach, combined with my ambition to study for a Master's degree, fuels my commitment to continuous growth and evolution in the field.
