FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING
It is a workout that engages your muscles together, using multiple muscles and joints at once, and will help you handle everyday tasks more easily and safely. These workouts are designed to improve your movement in daily life, sports, or other activities. I also incorporate exercises that target specific muscles. Overall, the workout covers six key fitness skills: strength, agility, speed, coordination, reaction time, and balance.
