It is all about improving how well your joints move, increasing your flexibility, and making your overall movement smoother. Mobility exercises include dynamic movements that focus on specific joints and muscles, helping them move more freely and with better control. This helps your body move more easily in different directions and positions. The session also includes a mix of Mat Pilates exercises, active stretching (where you use your own muscle strength to stretch another muscle), and passive stretching (which uses external help, like from a personal trainer).
